Accessibility

We’re committed to making our venue as welcoming and accessible as possible for everyone.

Getting Here and Accessing the Venue

Our venue is located on a rooftop and is currently accessed by a wide stairwell with 58 stairs and two landings.

Once you’re up on the rooftop, the entire venue is step-free, and ramps are in place wherever needed to help visitors using mobility devices move around comfortably.

Accessible Parking

We offer free accessible parking for individuals who may have difficulty accessing the Depot Mayfield rooftop via the stairs. Parking must be requested in advance and is subject to approval—it is not automatically guaranteed. Priority is given to wheelchair users and Blue Badge holders, though other accessibility needs will be considered where capacity allows.

Key Information:

Accessible parking booking requests can be made here.

For questions or special arrangements, please contact our customer service team in advance.

Carers and Personal Assistants

If you need a carer or personal assistant to help you during your visit, we offer a free ticket for them.

When booking, please let us know in the “Special Accessibility Requirements” section so we can have everything ready for you. On the day, carers and assistants will need to show one of the following:

Hidden Disabilities and Sensory Needs

Not all disabilities are visible — if you or someone in your group needs a little extra support, just let us know in the “Special Accessibility Requirements” section when booking. We’re happy to make adjustments wherever we can.

The experience is designed to be a fully immersive audiovisual journey, featuring moving imagery, flashing lights, and a musical soundtrack. Although there are no strobe effects, the environment is lively and sensory-rich, and may feel intense for some visitors.

Calm Sessions

We’re excited to be introducing special Calm sessions designed for visitors with sensory sensitivities, including SEN and neurodivergent individuals, as well as anyone looking for a less busy, calmer experience.

Calm sessions are currently scheduled for Wednesdays from 12pm-2pm starting from July. More sessions will be introduced to meet demand, if required.

To book tickets for an upcoming Calm session, please visit the ticket page.

Assistance Animals

Registered assistance animals are welcome at the venue — just make sure they are clearly identifiable.

Buggies

If you’re visiting with young children in buggies, it will be necessary to carry the buggy up the stairs. If you have mobility issues, our staff will be on hand to assist. We will require that children are removed from the buggies before they are carried.

Need a Hand?

If you have any questions or need help planning your visit, don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’re here to make sure your experience is as easy and enjoyable as possible.
